Mango Mint Limeade Slush

This refreshing fruit slush is the perfect beverage to cool you down this summer!

Yield: about 1 1/2 quarts

  • 4 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 6-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 Tablespoons simple syrup*


  1. In a blender, add frozen mango chunks, lime juice, coconut water, mint leaves and simple syrup.  Blend until smooth.

  2. Depending on sweetness of mango, adjust amount of simple syrup according to taste. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, mango chunks or lime wedges. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Simple Syrup: Bring to a boil 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup granulated sugar.  Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.  Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
