Cucumber Gin and Tonic Floats

A new way to enjoy your favorite gin and tonic cocktail. This boozy concoction layers together gin, tonic, and homemade cucumber sorbet!

Equipment

  • ice cream maker

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops cucumber sorbet*
  • 2 oz gin
  • 3 oz tonic water
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • cucumber slices and fresh mint, to garnish

Instructions

  • In a tall glass, add 3 scoops of cucumber sorbet and a couple slices of cucumber. Add 2 oz gin. Follow with 3 oz tonic water and 1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice. Stir contents together. Garnish with fresh mint and additional cucumber slices, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
