Avocado Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 2 cups baby kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Pour coconut water into blender.  Add kale, avocado, frozen banana and lime juice.  Cover with lid and blend until smooth.  Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
