Pineapple Jalapeno Green Popsicles

The benefits of green juice in a tasty frozen popsicle! These pineapple jalapeno green popsicles are packed with kale, spinach, and cucumber juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 oz bottle of Pressed Juicery green juice or favorite green juice of choice
  • 1 ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh mango chunks

Instructions

  • In a blender (or food processor) combine juice, pineapple, and mango.  Blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds.  Place filled molds in the freezer for 1 hour.  Remove and insert wooden sticks into molds.  Return mold to freezer and freezer for at least 4 hours, until firm.

Notes

Homemade blender green juice. Combine: 1 handful baby spinach, 1 handful baby kale, 1 cucumber, 1 green apple, juice from one lemon or one lime, with 1/2 cup water or 1/2 cup coconut water. Process until smooth. Strain out pulp.
