Redd's Apple Ale Winter Warmer

Yield: serves 2


  • 2 bottles Redd's Apple Ale
  • 1 apple diced, about 1 cup
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


  • In a small sauce pot, combine two bottles of Redd's Apple Ale with diced apples and cinnamon sticks.
  • Cook on medium heat until slightly reduced, about 10 minutes.
  • While apples are cooking, whip cream until stiff peaks.
  • Split the Redd's hot apple mix between two large coffee mugs. Garnish each with cinnamon stick. Top with whipped cream and serve.
