In a large pitcher, combine loose tea and water. Cover and let steep in the fridge for 12-18 hours. Strain out tea leaves. Store tea in fridge until ready to serve.
Sweetened according to taste. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices.
