Buttermilk-Vanilla Cupcakes*
Espresso Chocolate Brownies
- 4 oz unsalted butter
- 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temp
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3 oz all-purpose flour
Marzipan Cheese Slices and Lettuce
Buttercream Mustard and Ketchup
- 4 oz unsalted buter, room temp
- 5 oz confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
- food gel colors
You can easily find marzipan at the supermarket. I also found them at Target and Wal-mart stores.
