- 10 oz coconut water chilled
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 medium banana sliced
- 4 handfuls baby spinach
Pour coconut water into blender. Add mango, pineapple, banana, and spinach. Cover blender with lid and process until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
- Liquid: use unsweetened coconut water or almond milk
- Fruit: Frozen fruits adds body and texture, also keeps smoothie cold without diluting flavor.
- Greens: baby spinach is the mildest option. baby kale is another great option.
Best enjoyed immediately after blending. However, may be refrigerated for up to 24 hours in a covered container. Separation may occur, stir before drinking.
