Bundt cakes and quick breads are baked in bundt pans. Bundt pans range in size and shape. Typically, it is a tube pan with curved or fluted sides.
It is important to properly prepare bundt pans for baking. Generously grease bundt pan with softened butter, shortening, or cooking spray.
If the recipe calls for a greased and floured pan, add a heaping tablespoon of flour into the greased pan. Tilt and turn the pan until all the inside surfaces of the pan is dusted with flour. Tap out any excess flour.
