These mixed berry popsicles are the quintessential summer treat. The mixture of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries is sure to cool you down!
Gimme all the popsicles, stat!
Last week, Alex and I signed up for an unlimited month of bikram yoga, also known as hot yoga. (It’s been 5 years since I last took a class!) It’s a super intense 90-minute workout held in a 104-degrees F room with a humidity of 40 percent.
Sounds fabulous, huh? It’s terribly uncomfortable, stuffy, and kinda smelly. (But I can’t get enough of it!)
As soon as class is over, nothing makes me happier than some mixed berry popsicles and ice cold bottle of coconut water. Because after sweating buckets, I need some super refreshing.
Mixed Berry Popsicles
So far we’ve taken three classes and no complaints yet…especially because I have our freezer stocked with fruit popsicles.
These mixed berry popsicles are the best summer frozen treat!
These popsicles are very light and refreshing, especially with the hint of lemon juice. It’s a great way to use up any bruised or not-so-pretty fruits (you know, the smashed blueberries at the bottom of the container).
Best of all, if you happen to be in the party spirit- these popsicles make for some great fruity mimosas. Simply place a berry popsicle in a glass and top with sparkling wine. Easy peasy.
Recommended Popsicle Tools:
- Popsicle Mold: I use this popsicle mold from Amazon. I’ve had mine for years and it hasn’t failed me yet. It’s easy to clean and makes 10 frozen pops at a time.
- Blender: Countertop blender, food processor, or a small hand blender works great. It is best to process the fruits until smooth.

Looking for more popsicles?! Check out my frozen recipe section!
Would honey or maple syrup work instead of sugar in the simple syrup?
Maple syrup or agave are great alternatives. I don’t recommend honey because it may crystallize in the freezer.
Looks like a great, simple recipe with delicious results. Definitely going to try this on my own to have after a hard workout!

HAHA!!! Hot yoga definitely sounds intense, especially for a guy. I love that you prepared these pops ahead of time to keep your bf cool and happy. These pops look really refreshing. I think they will be a great dessert for a BBQ party. :)
Hahahaha that story is so funny! The only time I’ve done yoga is when they made us do it in gym last year. My fav part was when we got to lay down and do nothing for 5 minutes. I mean, sure the ground was disgusting with too many footprints, but it was so nice to not be allowed to do anything for 5 minutes, ya know what I mean? Uggg stress… :/
Anywho, these popsicles look like the bomb! I love fruit and these would definitely disappear within the first 5 minutes of being frozen at my house. It also looks like these would make a fab smoothie, but frozen is almost ALWAYS better (unless it’s the winter).
On a different note, where did you get that mold? I’ve spent forever looking for one that looks reasonabley shaped, but I finally gave up and bought some cheap ones at walmart.
Hi Anne! Haha, that’s I love that part of yoga, too. I bought these molds on Amazon.com. There’s a link for it right below the last picture in this post :)
These just scream summer. I adore the fab berry flavor!!
Yes!!! Thanks, Jocelyn! :)
My popsicle queeeeen! So glad you’ve gotten back into yoga. It’s my fave!
I don’t know why I ever stopped?!! Yay for popsicles! Now that it’s summer…expect a ton! :)
My Bikram Yoga goal is to complete a 4×4: 4 days a week for 4 weeks, straight. Let’s keep at it, Maryanne! I’ve managed to attend 3 classes a week, need to strengthen resolve to do 1 day more. Wish I could cool off with your berry pops, but I’ll have to settle for cold bottles of young coconut water.
Whoa! 4×4! That’s awesome! The most I’ve done is 3 classes a week. Wish I could send you some ice pops to enjoy with your coconut water ;)
Oh hot yoga…I’ve been tempted several times, but I just can’t deny my love for running. Maybe I can talk my sister into trying it out with me, especially if I tempt her with these mixed berry popsicles at the end! They are the perfect thing for re-hydrating!
Nothing beats running! But hot yoga is a nice change, plus it helps stretch out all the muscles that get tense from long distance running :)
Ok Maryanne I might even sign up for Bikram Yoga if I could get some of these pops! Love your photos and they look and sound delish!
Thanks Mary Ann! Bikram was really tough as first, but it’s growing on me! ;)
